In office: $100.00 fee is for the first 30 minutes ONLY
$300.00 fee is per hour
Rescheduling and Cancellation Rules:
- Note 1: If it is necessary to reschedule your scheduled appointment at my office locations, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. All rescheduling request must be done via email (Contact Us). Note 2: Late rescheduling or failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a fee of 50% of our cost of services.
- You may reschedule up to one time fee free if Note 1 is met and appointment is reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment.
- All other cases there will result in a fee of 100% of our cost of services.
