Copyrighting is done with books, documents, music, movies, etc. I am assuming you want to register your business name. Once you register your business name with a state, your name is protected in that state. There is no registration that you can do on a national level. However if you have a logo, you can trademark it with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uspto.gov\/main\/trademarks.htm\" target=\"_blank\">U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.<\/a> This gives some level of national name protection.
